We'll talk about Design Thinking and Service Design, the context overview, methodologies and objectives of those sectors. We'll focus up over human needs and analyze touchpoints and actors who are in this ecosistem. Put on methodologies to came up products/services with olistic and sistemic. Practical excercise to understand much better how think about service scenary with 'personas', with guided brainstorming, design could be create new visions that get down barriers.

Raissa Trinci - Stefania Porcedda - Annabella Guadagni - Nicolò Canestraro

Raissa Trinci- System Designer
Graduated in Systems Design, she first worked in Japan as an Interaction designer, then dedicated herself to IoT products and services for Smart Home. Recently she has worked on projects with a social impact in Argentina, bringing the tools of service design into a local project incubator.
She currently works as a Service Designer in Doing, helping companies to optimize and expand the services / products offered on the market.
In her spare time she dedicates himself to social projects with her group "The Sign Forward", with the aim of improving people's experience. Participate as a mentor in events such as service jam, workshops and hackatons.

Stefania Porcedda - UX & UI Designer & FE Developer
She became Art director after AANT Academy of Rome, then studied Interaction design at Pantheon Institute. Stefania frequented in Milan FE developer Master and completed her digital skills.
Now she is working for Alkemy 'Digital enabler' as designer & FE developer R&D for many projects. Stefania works with a lot of realities in Rome and Milan as a mentor for workshops and hackathons. With her Association, IDIA, she organizes learning courses of design and development.

Annabella Guadagni - Service / UX designer
Graduated in Systems Design at the ISIA in Rome, she subsequently worked as Product and Service Designer at Terracycle USA, world leader in waste disposal.
From 2017 she works for Accenture Multimedia Agency and deals with User Experience and Design Thinking mainly in the field of public administration, guiding clients in the digital transformation.
she is co-founder of The Sign Forward, a team of young designers dedicated to global challenges in the field of social design.

Nicolò Canestraro - Project manager
Graduated in Innovation marketing, he founded a start-up "MKTG" which deals with marketing and innovative methodologies to support customers in the launch of new products.
From 2018 he is DOING project manager, he is attending a master's degree in "Innovation & Design Management" at the Politecnico di Milano, and he is a passionate and scholar of service design and design thinking methodologies.
