Those who deal with nutritional policies today cannot avoid treating the issue of food waste prevention, above all from the consumer's point of view. The talk allows us to understand how and why Italian families generate food waste at home; but above all it will try to increase awareness and provide useful indications to direct towards behaviors aimed above all at the prevention of waste, taking into account the attitude of the Italian consumer with regard to his approach to food.
