MILK AND DERIVATIVES

In the context of a correct and healthy diet - in line with the current nutritional recommendations (LARN, 2014) - milk is a food with high "nutritive density" and low "energy cost" for those who consume it: it contains many nutrients present in a particularly usable form of man (bioavailable), it brings few calories and is economically more convenient than other sources.
To reverse this trend of "non-consumption of milk regardless", to debunk false myths and reassess the role of milk and derivatives in daily nutrition, Crea develops in synergy with other organizations, under the aegis of the Mipaaf food education programs.
