BIO FABRICATION FOR FASHION: sustainable and ecological fashion

The course provides an overview of digital fabrication techniques (3D printing, robot fabrication, grow fabrication) that use live material (bacteria, algae, fungi etc.) and that create objects for different industrial sectors, from design to architecture and from biomedical electronics. New ways of conceiving and manufacturing the objects that trace the frontiers of the new manufacture closer to the way in which nature shapes our environment.
