During the course the opportunities offered by different additive printing technologies and the advantages of this digital manufacturing technology in creating new products and in supporting and innovating the current production processes are shown.

Maurizio Cimmino
Graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Salerno, he has always followed with great interest the most innovative projects in the field of 3D printing, three-dimensional modeling and electronics. His personal experiences include participation in the Maker Faire Rome 2017 in which he presented his project "Rain EcoPower", which consists of energy recovery from rainwater through a micro-hydroelectric plant with elements of the system created through 3D printing. He is the author of three scientific publications and has supported many training courses for adults and children.

Maker Faire gathers together tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, schools, universities, research institutes, artists, students, and corporations.
